Requirements:
- A First-Time Clean/Deep Clean.
- After your initial deep clean, all future visits will be priced at the Standard Clean flat rate, based on your unit’s square footage.
- Ensure that water and electricity are available at the service location.
Service Includes:
Kitchen Cleaning
- Wipe and dust tables and chairs
- Vacuum, sweep, and wet mop the floors
- Wipe and spot clean cupboards
- Clean sink and fixtures
- Wipe and clean countertops
- Clean counter appliances fronts, edges, and sides
- Clean the front of the oven and dishwasher.
- Clean the microwave interior/exterior
- Change garbage bags
- Clean patio door glass
Bathroom Cleaning
- Vacuum, sweep, and wet mop the floors
- Wipe and dust the vanity
- Shine mirrors
- Spot wipe cabinets
- Clean sink and fixtures
- Sanitize tub and shower
- Clean toilet
- Straighten or replace towels
- Change garbage bags
Entry Cleaning
- Wipe clean door glass and side lights
- Dust entry area
- Vacuum
- Wet mop
Whole-House Cleaning
- Dust areas within reach (without a 2-step stool)
- Vacuum (without edging carpets)
- Dust blinds and fans
- Straighten and tidy as we go
- Wet or spot mop
- Make beds
- Vacuum couches
